Vancouver is reeling from a string of unexplained disappearances. When one of the city’s highest-ranking officials vanishes, the investigation takes a darker turn. Desperate for answers, authorities call in Spencer Burgess, a rogue CSIS agent with a fractured past and a relentless instinct for uncovering the truth.

But Spencer does not play by the rules. The question is not only whether he will help, but whether he will pull them into something far more dangerous.
